Lifting bariatric patients requires special techniques and specially-designed lifting equipment. Liko® has developed the Ultra product series to help lift these heavy patients in a safe and comfortable manner.

Together with the Liko® lift system UltraTwin, UltraSling is used for lifting sitting patients. The system then has a max. load of up to 500 kg (1,100 lbs), depending on which products are included in the assembled lift unit.

UltraSling supports the entire back up to the shoulders. With the UltraSling's unique design, the leg supports are installed individually on the sling bar, which gives the stomach space and the legs optimal support. UltraSling is available in three sizes.

We recommend at least two caregivers for transferring a patient with UltraSling.

To facilitate the application of UltraSling the HandySheet can be a good aid.
