Folding Wheelchairs
Folding Wheelchairs are Ultra Light Wheelchairs which range from 15 to 27 lbs. Folding wheelchairs tend to have a little more flexibility than the Rigid and Titanium models. This can be an advantage when you are traveling over slightly uneven surfaces, because the Wheelchair's frame will bend to accommodate the surface and all of its wheels will remain on the ground. However, on a hard floor surface, Rigid and Titanium Wheelchairs prove to be much more stable.
